The Mason-Dixon DIY Diva Smells Like… A Pumpkin Spice Latte! ðŸ˜

Hey guys! What a fun pumpkin FB Live last night- thanks for joining me! We made a natural version of the Pumpkin Spice Latte (supposedly decaf but I was wide awake til 6am?! 😂), a Pumpkin Face Mask (my face was glowing after all the nutrients!) And my favorite- the Pumpkin Spice Latte Sugar Scrub! Yeaaaaah. That’s what I’m talking about 😉 If you want to take that PSL goodness into the shower with you, this is the ONLY thing you’re going to need. No harmful chemicals. No toxins. Your skin will thank you.

Pumpkin Spice Latte Sugar Scrub:

1/4 Cup + 1-3 Tbsp non-GMO Brown Sugar

2-4 + Tbsp Organic, Raw and Unrefined Coconut Oil, melted via double boiler – caution hot(or stir until the friction from stirring softens it!)

2 Tbsp Organic Pumpkin Puree

1 – 3 Tbsp Organic Coffee grounds (I used an Espresso Roast 😍)

1 drop REAL Cinnamon Essential Oil (beware of fake labels on the market and do your research to be sure you’re not actually throwing more toxins on your skin)

1 drop Clove Essential Oil

1 drop Nutmeg Essential Oil

3 drops Orange Essential Oils

(*note- you can use organic spices but I find the scent is nowhere near comparable to EO’s- plus, since EO’s are super concentrated, you are going to need a whole lot more of the spice to span the gap!)

Mix it up! Add more coconut oil, brown sugar, coffee grounds and essential oils according to your preferences!

Scrub Smarts: Now remember folks- coconut oil is Slick so the tub can be Slippery during and after use. Take caution. Also note that Cinnamon, Clove, etc are Spicy and should not be rubbed in any internal area and of course that means avoid the eyes. Lastly, keep in mind that SUGAR doesn’t belong in any internal areas either 🙂 Also, refrigerate between use because – Pumpkin.

Ok, I think that covers it! Go enjoy this amazing Fall experience !!
